Thanks for that...I got a chuckle out of "death chortle". In fact, I'd go so far as to suggest that "chortle" is woefully underused in general conversation.

I don't think Bill had to do any chasing. This young lady's previous boyfriend was in his 60s.

The "chase" was likely over at hello with her.

If some little tart in her 20s is putting the goods out there easily for old single men, I'd expect a fair share of them are going to say "Don't mind if I do."
