Special Teams play come Saturday

We have the best special teams in the country. We will win the hidden yardage game, which is why I think we win the game outright.

this is the one area i do have the most hope. minus Medley.

i think we can have a big advantage here. just like the OU game. the difference is going to have to be to take advantage of any field position advantage we do get.

Medley will have to step up though. we can't miss on scoring opportunities. hopefully we'll be able to get 6 more than attempts at 3, but there's little doubt his leg will be needed at some point.

besides the passing game against their D, Medley is the 2nd biggest concern.

Weirdly I think our passing game might be ok in this game. Special teams has been fantastic outside of Medley and like I told you earlier, we haven't had a kicker worth a damn in a decade. In fact, I was there 10 years ago when we last beat Florida and it took a 45 yard James Wilhoit field goal to do it. I'd take him over Medley any day of the week right now.

If you really were there 10 yrs ago you probably said the same thing when Wilhoit missed the extra point. There are other fans I'd take over you any day of the week. Educate yourself on the aspects of kicking before hiding behind a fake internet name critiquing the kickers over the last decade. State the reasons they are bad instead of jumping on the bandwagon. Same kicker was 4 of 6 last year after 3 games and is 4 of 7 this year. Same kicker scored all the points last year vs UF, yet you and others have him as the biggest concern at UF this year. The sad part is the number fans like you are growing in numbers, too lazy to educate themselves and see the progression UT is making. Name one player who has executed every rep in the history of CFB.

Just FYI on Medley and kicking. I, for one, prefer him over Austin Hardin, Florida's kicker.

He's 3 of 6 so far this year. With one blocked (from 34yds) ; other two misses from 34 and 35 yards.
And... he's had a PAT blocked already this year as well.

So... maybe, we are at an advantage there as well.
