4 of the 12 (American) men that have walked on the moon are still alive. Only one of the 12 men that flew to the moon but didn’t land on it is still alive (Fred Haise (92 years old) - Apollo 13).

Buzz Aldrin (96 years old), David Scott (93), Charles Duke (90), and Harrison Schmitt (90) are the other four. Schmitt was the 12th man on the moon. Apollo 11, 15, 16, and 17.
