Somebody doesn't know the meaning of the word extremely. Holy cow. Maybe this didn't come from an actual smart person.

It's not a major problem, but it does hit on land it'll be impressive. It could bust up several square miles.

from a structural standpoint that is a much different way/location of dealing with the forces. Unless they are clamped from straight below, which doesn't seem feasible.
