they just predicted memphis beats ut! also said there is no way there were 50,000 people at the game this weekend. one more thing, one of the idiots predicted u of memphis goes 10-2. they think they'll beat ut because of the coaching change.

By being there, you could definitely tell about half the stadium was f-u-l-l. So yes 50k+ were definitely there. But it's nice every few months when you get reminded that Memphis is in the state, aka Marlon Brown and this. However, I'm sure this trash talk will be about as insignificant as the Grizzlies.

Lets just remove the city of Memphis from the state of Tennessee. They can be a part of Mississippi. They do not deserve to talk trash to anyone regarding football. UT will beat them 45-13!

you'd be nuking a sh*t load of Vols over here if you did that.....enough to at least fill up the Liberty Bowl alone...

When I lived in Memphis the joke was, "If you give Memphis to Arkansas the average IQ of both states goes up."

I started to listen to John Rainey and Tony Brooks today as well, but when they started their whole UT tirade I had to turn them off. I am glad to know that I did the right thing. They are such Tiger Homers it's not even funny.

They must of been smoking crack today if they truly thought that UT would loose to the Tigers this year. From what I can tell of the Tigers football team. They don't have a line that can protect the QB much less open a hole for a running back. Their defense has been less then stellar the last few years and I don't see a change this year cause they were too cheap to actually hire a full Defensive staff. With the problems the Tigers have I would expect them to go 2 - 10 instead of 10 - 2.

I guess drinking the Tiger Kool-aide causes you to have dreams like these 2 did today.

the funny thing is they had the blue and grey game at my high school alma mater, christian bros. they may have had 5,000 from what I understand.

Trust me there were easily 50m people at the game, and no way Memphis beats us this year. Puleeeze!
