The Southern Miss game has a feeling a lot like Fulmer vs Wyoming. The crowd didn't show that day to make a point. The Vols didn't show on the field that day, and the rest is history. I still think looking back the decision to fire Fulmer was a little rushed, but I don't think this one is. This one is long overdue. I was "as ok" as possible being from Kentucky and us getting beat Saturday because I "thought" it would get rid of Butch. But instead, I have to listen to all these people brag about beating the worst team we've had. End the madness, PLEASE

Even though I haven’t commented on Fulmer, I think I will a little. I think it was a mistake to fire him, because he had a great recruiting class coming in the following year.

Southern Miss did get beat by UK at Southern Miss first game of the season. They have a solid running back. I remember watching the game when it was played and thinking it was going to be two easy wins for UT at the time...what did I know. Goodness

We’re giving up 27ppg, they average 27ppg. We’re coming off a tough, emotional loss, lotta turmoil around the head coach and program in general.....playing in front of a less than enthusiastic home crowd where the stadium is 30-40% empty.

I could see it happening. Never thought we’d give up 40+ points and 700+ yards to Troy 5-6 years ago yet we did.....and this defense is every bit as bad as that one.

Whelp, that's it then. UT is undone. No reason to go on living. Let's see.....do I slash across the wrists or go vertical? Good gawd....calm down.

I've heard rumors that Favre realized he has one day of eligibility remaining and is coming back for the UT game. As if things couldn't get any worse for Butch...
