Marijuana is illegal. Pruit is the real deal.

Where is marijuana legal?

Only in small amounts in some states have allowed possession but the federal government still has it listed as a Schedule 1 controlled substance. Marijuana is a dangerous drug and can be very addictive.

Marijauan is legal in several states. And in most state, a misdemeanor arrest is about like a parking ticket. The enforcement of misdemeanor amounts of marijuana is nothing more than a huge waste of money.

Unlike other drugs, marijuana is a natural substance, used in its natural form.

With that, i think the op has been using large amounts saying dumb stuff like we own florida.

6 Wins and back in a Bowl game will be a decent season.

7 Wins will be a good season.

8 Wins will be a great season and Pruitt should be SEC Coach of the year.

9 Wins will be a outstanding season and all our coaches should get 2 extra years on their contracts and a 15% raise.

10 Wins and all coaches should get 3 more years and a 25% raise.

I can't even think beyond that but we'll all be walking on the moon if it happens.

VFL...GBO!!!

I wouldn't call this prediction or many others of mine "irrational". Ive got a good feeling on this one.

He was just being nice. I would have called it something a little less PC.

But Custer had a good feeling about little bighorn too. We'll see how yours works out.

Ha ha, a misdemeanor arrest is NOT a parking ticket. It is a criminal charges that can carry up to 1 year in jail along with monetary fines.

If you drive down the road in this state with as much as a joint in your car, and the police catch you, you will go to jail and they can confiscate your car and all the money in your pocket and you will have to fight to get both of them back.

Possession of marijuana is STILL a crime in Tennessee, Florida and the majority of the other states, and until the federal government removes it from CSA it's STIll illegal in every state regardless of the amount.

If you don't believe me ask a lawyer, specifically, a criminal defense lawyer or a prosecutor they can explain the law to you.

Lol, yeah no. Police officers have the discretion to arrest or give an arrest citation. When the violation go to court the are generally nolle possed at court cost or put into some two day diversion program or the charges are dropped all together.
And no, your car and money is not confiscated for a misedemanor arrest. The car may be impounded if there is not another driver available, and you dont "fight" to get it back, you simply go to the impound lot, pay the impound fee and get your car. Then you go buy your next dime bag because all the misd mj arrest made is not stopping anyone from smoking. Its simply another revenue source for municipal court. Also, your money isnt confiscated. It may be placed into safe keeping. Depending on jail procedures, you go to the jail during business hours and pick up your belongings or they give them back to you once you make bail.

No need to ask a lawyer that profits off this victimless crime, im well aware of how it works.

Anyway, i may need to rethink how harmful mj is when the op is netting 5 wins off secondary improvement, but the endless champs of the off season threads are always fun.

Lately, laughing at duke losing has been about the only thing worth doing on here. The reactions are priceless.
Ran a marathon a few weeks ago and training took up alot of my time.

Anyway, may need to call in the government and regulate that danger sugar you been putting in your body. Lol

Regardless, marijuana is NOT legal in Tennessee. It is a criminal offense to possess. But, seeing as you know so much about the system, I'm sure that your are already aware of this information.

Yeah, ive only been a police officer for about 13 years, so i dont know alot about it. Also, parking illegally is a crime too.

I did put some hemp seeds in my oatmeal this morning. May want to call the gubment to regulate that. But they are super healthy.

Only in small amounts in some states have allowed possession but the federal government still has it listed as a Schedule 1 controlled substance. Marijuana is a dangerous drug and can be very addictive.

It's legal for recreational use in Alaska, California, Colorado, Oregon, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, Vermont, Washington, and DC.

Marijuana is a natural growing plant on God's green earth with many medicinal uses, and in my opinion in recreational use it's harmless. And it is not very addictive, that is a complete load of crap. Alcohol and many other drugs are physically addictive, pot is not.

If we are going to regulate health, start with sugar. By far the most harmful substance Americans consume in mass.

Also, tennessee football is bad for blood pressure and also very addictive, so may need to look into that as well.
