I dont know, what about Georgia?
Get your facts straight man. First of all Crompton isn't exactly a seasoned veteran himself. Second of all this is both Beecher and Smelleys third year on campus.

UGA Changed, we beat them way worse than you all did and we played against Moreno. I think our defense will be better than yours, not to mention our offense will be leaps and bounds better. While you may have a coaching advantage I honestly do not know how you can even try and compare the two talent wise.
FYI Brinkley is projected as the 10th best ILB for next years NFL draft. Mayo was picked early in the first round. He is predicted to go in the 5t-6th round. Mayo was better.
Has talent even mattered in this series since Spurrier has been here? Yall may have been bad when we beat yall in '05 but who was so much more talented? Point made. Mayo and Brinkley are a part of 2 different drafts right? So what point are you trying to make? Brinkley is among the top 2 LBs in the SEC, any SEC guru who knows what he's talking about will tell you that. 2 football services has USC with the top LB corps in the SEC and top secondary in the SEC for a reason. Yes we played Moreno. He ran for over 100 against us. UGA put up 35 against Ok. St. the week before us and got held without a TD.
USC's strength will be thier defense, namely their secondary. Beyond that, theres not much hope. They have one receiver who is pretty good, (Mckinley, might not be spelled right) but without a QB to get him the ball, it wont matter. As Ive said before, hope springs eternal this time of year in SC. I have to listen to all thier homers talking about how good USC is this year and how great they are going to be, blah blah blah...it gets to be pathetic at some point. I usually just go along and smile at them, just cause I dont have the energy to debunk thier fantasy.
As for the UT/SC game this year...I think it will be pretty entertaining. I expect USC to keep it pretty close in the first half, but in the second half, when thier defense has been on the field all day, UT will open it up on them. UT 31-10.
Guarantee. Plus, you might hate orange, but you should love some facts. And the fact is, if your offense can't score against your defense, then they will have a horrible time against Tennessee, which practically mirrors everything right and wrong with Carolina's defense.
Ok D-line, 1 star LB and a few other guys that could be potential stars, and awesome DB's.
The difference in the equation, however, is we have a hellacious receiving crew returning, a 3.5-year starter at RB, an offensive line returning 5 starters that weigh at an average of 307 pounds apiece (who knows if they've added weight and strength this offseason) and yielded 4 sacks all last season, and a potential stud at QB. Not to mention, all of these blue chip sophomores that are going to be running trick plays up y'alls rear-ends that you won't know what to do.
Spurrier cannot make your mediocre QB's good. Spurrier doesn't have the great weather to attract great players anymore. He's just an ok recruiter anymore, and he looks so mean and pissed off on TV that I'm sure alot of really great players don't want to play for him.
So I stick to my previously stated score, 31-10, but I think that 10 is a little too much. UT for the win!
We have blue chip sophomores too. I remember us sacking Ainge last year and we dont lose anyone on the D-line either. Our runningback has been starting since he was a freshman. A POTENTIAL stud at QB. Don't tell me he's good until he's leading yall to multiple wins in the SEC. Who in your receiving crew should I worry about? I'm pretty sure both receiving corps are about equal.
