Hey genius, we beat them by a combined 6 points. You stand corrected. Now let me give u something to chew on: yall lost to auburn in Knoxville by 4. Auburn is now on a 3 game losing streak including losses to arkansas, who ole miss just beat that we beat. And they also lost to kentucky who we beat. I ain't sweating yall very much. We gonna show lame how we pump gas here in South Carolina like my boy Moe Brown said.

This is too easy. Let me give you something to chew on: you all lost to UGA by 4, we beat them by 26. They scored 41 against your D, they scored 3 against ours. We can play compare the stats and scores all day and you will continually lose.

We don't like dogging teams for no reason. We do like defending our program against a bunch of idiots from a another program from delusionville. We have had trolls from Florida, Bama, Georgia here all year, but you guys are the worst. The most braggadocios and defensive lot we have seen. Methinks your inferiority complex is showing. I agree that S Carolina could beat Tennessee this week. You show your ignorance by saying we have none of the tradition of Alabama. You lose all credibily with statements like that. That is why you get bombarded. There is also a difference between how good of a program you have and how good of a team you have. I tried to point that out to you, but you seem to be incapable of understanding that level of subtlety. You get top 25 recruiting classes. If you don't understand that top 25 recruiting classes lose to top 5 recruiting classes, please re-watch your games against Florida. You are legit if you mean bowl eligible, top 40; not legit, ready to compete for championships.

We are really good at looking in the mirror. When we lose to South Carolina, we fire our coach.

South Carolina fans are pathetic right now. You so desperately are seeking some respect and validation from Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and LSU that your program has elevated to join the top tier. You have not. And your behavior when you come on our boards makes us -shudder- want to root for Florida to beat the crap out of you.

We were 2nd in Holtz's third year coaching in the SEC East and had a great record. It's all about the conference. Seems to me like you are trying to start the SEC vs. ACC argument up again? Probably the wrong board to start that one up.

As for us being in the ACC? Yes, try DECADES ago. The ACC has been nothing this century. the SEC has been dominant this century.

the funny thing is you haven't read any of my post obviously, and I said WE as in SOUTH CAROLINA has non of the tradition as Alabama, so that shows your ignorance. I've praised your tradition in my posts from the first one in this thread. So where does the bombardment come from? My insistence that you have a much better tradition then we do? My acceptance that we have only beat you 4 times? The inclusion in my first post about how we don't have a winning tradition? I'm not quite getting it.

See if you understand this: we are on our way back to championship level. You all will never get there, and you all are the best you will ever be with Steve Spurrier. If you hadn't noticed, you all have improved little to none over his tenure. You have the same record virtually every year with the same problems every year. So, no, you're program is not on our level.

Quit being an idiot. Who has the better argument; you who says that by beating UK by 2 when they beat AU who we lost to somehow means you are better? Or our argument that we beat the dog crap out of UGA by 26, who is a team you lost to? Do the math....well nevermind... I don't want to hold your customers up at the gas station.

Obviously you forgot to mention the monumental triumphs USCjr. has had this year against the mighty UK Kittycats (without their starting QB against that vaunted pass defense) AND finally defeating that tricky nemesis.....VANDERBILT.

Entirely false. Although we don't have Tennessee's history or tradition of winning, we have improved more than just a little to none since Spurrier has been here. Every season we have been bowl eligible, our recruiting classes have been consistent top 25 and we arn't getting blown out every week. We are winning those close games for the most part and are finally getting a consistent quarterback (something we haven't had since Phil Petty). With the one exception of that being Florida. I'd say that is a little better than what Fat Brad helped us to achieve in the 90's - nothing.

My question, a serious, mature one at that, is this: How can you say that Tennessee is at championship level already?

How do you say you are on your way back to championship level? Can we not say that we are on our way to a championship level? Can we not say since we have had 5 straight top 25 recruiting classes, that our team is on it's way? Where can Tennessee get off by saying they are on their way "back" when they 3-4 with 2 of those wins over western kentucky and ohio. I'm not sure I get it. Just because you say it, that makes it true? Next can you give us the Lotto numbers? Your tradition kills ours, your record against us is incredible, yet this saturday SC finds it self sitting much prettier then Tennessee with a very solid chance of winning. Everyone keeps avoiding this, why do such good coaches want to come to South Carolina? Maybe because they all feel something is there. Can you honestly tell me you're not the least bit nervous that the Gamecocks might make it 2 in a row over the Vols?

I know this is hard to comprehend since you all have never actually gotten better throughout a season, but when a new coach comes, there is a period called, "transition." During this time, a team must learn a new system and the coaches must become familiar with their newly acquired personnel. As the season progresses, the team becomes better and begins to beat better opponents, statistics improve, and morale rises. Hope this breaks it down easy enough for you.
