I don’t think it’s the best in America, and I hesitate to call anything but their fries an American Classic

I would think they’re far better known for their fries, chicken McNuggets, and of course the disgusting Big Mac.

Guess we're thinking "Classic" in different ways.

I'd never had a Big Mac until 2007 when my mom passed away. She was under hospice care and asked for. She didn't get a chance to eat it so I did. Had too much TI but I liked it. Had a couple more after that.

Hmm. Maybe McDonald's means more to me than I thought and for different reasons.

Yea anyway. Funny how conversations have a mind of their own sometimes.

Definite connection there and understandable. I’m always in search of the perfect hot dog, but never do because it’s from a now closed convenience store that my Grandma took me to all the time

Perfect hot dog is steamed on a warm steamed bun with a little mustard.

Obviously I like them grilled and with mayo and onions sometimes, but that's not the perfect hot dog to me.
