I make a 4 cup (almost half a pot) pot every morning. Sometimes I drink it all just because it's there and Sometimes I don't drink all of it. My stress level is still high and I thought if I cut back on coffee that might help lower my stress level. But it's so hard to cut back.
So the theory here is if I were making a cup at a time at .78 - 1.00 a cup, I might drink less coffee.
Not sure this would work, but it's a thought.
