I was 221 fully clothed when I started my "program".

I was weighing myself with shoes, socks, pants and shirt at first, so I figured I was actually 216. I've been weighing every morning and every night in boxers and t shirt.

I hope to get to 155 by my birthday.
I got up to 225 and stopped drinking cokes and started working out and got down to 200 and I have went back up to 210 muscle I guess.

My BMI was 31 and change (obese) when I started, today I'm 25.4. Getting there. My goal would equal a 22.2 BMI.

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
