I got up to 225 and stopped drinking cokes and started working out and got down to 200 and I have went back up to 210 muscle I guess.I was 221 fully clothed when I started my "program".
I was weighing myself with shoes, socks, pants and shirt at first, so I figured I was actually 216. I've been weighing every morning and every night in boxers and t shirt.
I hope to get to 155 by my birthday.
