As some of you know, my daughter will be undergoing surgery on Tuesday for her infection. This has to be done so she can have the operation on her ear pit in a few more weeks. While it may not seem like a big deal, when it's your daughter you worry a LOT. She will have to be put under, and of course we're all nervous but putting on a brave face for her. Just please keep her in your thoughts and prayers... we all may not always agree (or get along), but I know the Nation will always have my back. Thanks a lot.

vf27, kids are so resilient and your daughter will be in good hands, and I hope all goes well with the surgery and recovery for you, her and your wife.

I'm praying for your daughter's surgery tomorrow. Also praying for the doctors that will be doing the surgery.

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers, everyone. It just sucks the kid has to go through it twice. Anyway, I'll let everyone know how it went.

Prayers sent for your daughter and your family. I know I would be on pins and needles myself if it were my little girl. I hope all goes well.

Just dropping in for a minute to let everyone know how it went... she's ok, it was funny watching her after the surgery act loopy from the anesthesia. One of the hardest things I've ever had to do in my life was watch her go back through the doors while she's crying for me and my wife. That was pure hell.

Anyway, it went fine and they did what they needed to do. Now she goes back in 4 weeks to set up the next surgery. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.
