Soooo Lets take a guess on which game Fulmer returns as HFC

All this stuff Fulmer is doing so very much reminds me of the plot(s) in the TV series House of Cards. Everything he is doing points to becoming the HFC again just as Kevin Spacey's character wanted the Presidency.

This is exactly what I was thinking when I posted this thread and if its true the dude is truly playing 4D chess like a master.

Tee Martin is Assistant Head Coach and would be the one to take over if Pruitt is let go. Doubt Tee is ready for that.

All of you guys seem to forget that Fulmer was placed in the AD position by a Chancellor trying to alleviate her failures and save her job.

The man got a violation for coaching linemen recently and is 22 shy of Neyland's record.... he will.
I seriously could see Fulmer getting rid of Pruitt after 1-7 and coach the last 4 games. He won’t coach in 2020. Or he might to give the program time to find a permanent replacement, but overall there will be a new coach by 2021..

Pruitt is not going anywhere until 2022. We'll suck again next year and then be better in 2021. How much better we are in 2021 will decide if Pruitt stays beyond that season. We'll just have to take our whippings for this year and next year and then hope springs again in 2021.

You’re wrong. No way that happens. An AD negotiates a contract for himself as head coach? Seems like a real conflict of interest doesn’t it?

Who was the last person to do this? Wasn’t it Osborne at Nebraska or something where a legendary coach became the AD, and then named himself interim coach when he fired the head coach

Idk about Fulmer but his boy, Randy Sanders is just down the road @ ETSU now. I could see him pushing Randy up the board for when the vacancy does occur for a low cost, yes man hire
