I bet you loved Bobby Sherman. My sister sure did. He could sing, act, and was purdy.

I just read Bobby's wiki page. He is still alive at the age of 79. He gave up his show biz career to become an EMT and Deputy Sheriff and retired as such.

Oh, God no, yuck.

By that point, I was living in Hawai'i, and pretty much everything on KGMB AM 590 was R&B and soul music and blue-eyed soul -> beach music. We were all kind of flabbergasted when Innagoddadavida (not even gonna look that up) came through. We finally decided that it got played when the DJ got a hot girl on the line or had to go for an extended spell in the restroom.
