Knowing what we know now...would we have been better off letting Kippy Brown be interim HC for 2010 season? That would have allowed us to search for a higher profile HC instead of making a desperate hire on short notice or if Kippy did well then remove the interim tag. The players seemed to respect him and he has a lot of coaching experience. Especially since most people considered 2010 a throw away anyway. I realize it doesn't change anything now, but just a thought. SIAP.

People have said Kippy would not have been interested in a 1 year interim deal. He felt he was deserving of a shot as HC under a normal 3-5 year deal.

TN does not have to have a high profile guy, just one that is qualified for the job. Is that to much to ask?

Many of us were calling for an interim before Hamilton hired Dooley. So whether it was KB or whomever, it was the right move but Hamilton made yet another bad decision and we've suffered for it.

I think that was a reasonable question. most of us just don't know. we just like to act like it.

I sometimes ponder what if we got a coach that teaches seniors on the kick-off return team to get on the dad-gum football, and not stand there and look at it.

Look 2010 was ****** anyway.. Kippy would have been fine.. I think Cheek should be fired for letting Hamilton make another hire at that point.. From the rumors i'm hearing, and they may just be rumors. Cheek doesn't want to fire Dooley either.. Maybe Jimmy needs to go with Dooley..........

Dooley: "ok guys, so if you ever see the ball on the ground do not pick it up. Instead, just stare at it and use the Force to make it come to you. Got it?"

Walk-on player: "coach, none of us can use the force."

Dooley: (crushes kids wind pipe vader style) "any other smart ass comments?"

Yeah, thats how they coach...
