Why would it be a big deal if he’s on blood pressure medication? I’m sure there are probably a lot of college football coaches on blood pressure medicine.

I’m frankly tired of trying to explain why they’re not good enough. This is a mid-tier 8-9 win program until they start spending or doing whatever it takes to stack top 5 recruiting classes multiple years in a row. Either that or take the Vandy approach and buy experience in the portal.

I said this after the Oklahoma loss. Also the kids seemed different today in all aspects. Can’t put my finger on it but something is a miss for sure.

I don't know what' s so mind boggling. Vandy has played at a higher level all year. It seems like everyone wants to pretend they don't have their best team in 100 years or that their QB is a legitimate Heisman candidate. For those that want to blow that off, watch the ceremony in a few weeks and he will be sitting there. I don't like them, but they are well coached and have played very well all year.

I wouldn't say blood pressure meds. His affect is more like someone on Prozac just emotionless.

I was being sarcastic as heup has zero fire. I'm pretty sure an opposing player could spit on him and he would just say "ahhh shucks guess I should have been standing somewhere else"

Gonna make every excuse for coaches paid millions and millions of dollars by the University of Tennessee.

Try being a fan of the University of Tennessee instead of some mercenary who almost left for UCLA until the UT paid him NC and final 4 money.

Yeah, I’m with you and think it’s pretty obvious. He had just gotten throttled for his lunch money on national tv by the geeks from computer lab…..in his own backyard

Might have felt the pressure all year and wants out. Who knows! Coaching at Tennessee or the SEC for that matter isn't for everyone. With the expanded playoff he could go to some group of 5 school and make it almost every year without any of the pressure.
