I was there sitting next section over from Georgia band. I never heard it. I won't say it didn't happen. However I will say I got several text from friends on a mass text thread we have. They reminded me at 3 when we were doing score predictions.I said "if I were Nick Chubb I'd sit this one out because every time we play Georgia we seem to injure their stars."

It's actually ironic. I've never been to Athens but from I've read on here it's even worse than Bama or Gainesville as far as obnoxious and rude fans.

The Arkansas fans here where I live that went to the game last week said vol fans were classy and excellent hosts. TIFWIW

I sat behind their fans last week and some fool was holding a sign to get on ESPN that said something about Dobbs hairline. He turned around and tried to shove it in some Tennessee guys face and things got heated. Thankfully the Arkansas guys friends said turn around there's more of them. Outside of that all Vol fans were cordial.

This is true! I think they are an extremely frustrated fan base. Probably more wasted talent than any team in the country year after year. Hasn't won a National championship since 1980 and has had some of the most talent of any program there is. Richt continues to fall short.

Richt coached Jawjuh teams are certainly the definition of paper tiger. That's not taking anything away from this awesome game tonight.

Next time someone sees Dobbs and Cam eating at Wasabi's pick up their tab.

Opposing fans should NEVER come into a home teams stadium and provoke the fans. Happened to me tonight by a FEMALE UGA fan and I thought all hell was going to break loose. It was all I could do to keep from losing it. She was in my face and her boyfriend was a UT fan and kept telling her to chill out. Ridiculous!

Agreed. Either bravery or stupidity.

I am in section N and didn't hear this. I did hear a very light, faint cheer from that area though when they announced he was injured.

ive been to over a hundred games at Neyland and probably half that to other team stadium and it's not even close who i've had the most "bad encounters" with as a fanbase....the UGA fans get that distinction, but even though i've had more bad experiences with UGA fans, i still recognize that as a whole, that probably doesnt represent their fanbase. It's pretty clear that every fanbase has their fair share of classless tards, but cheering because a kid gets injured is beyond classless IMO....that said, im sure when i was in my teens and early 20's i did some things deemed classless. Bottom line.....VOLS WIN...VOLS WIN....and all is again right in the world

Pretty sure it didn't happen. As stated there was a small cheer when announcer said he was out but nobody at that time knew it was bad. When they got Chubb on his feet there was applause for him. Our fans were classy. And rowdy.

I was in Section K so right near the tunnel to the visiting locker room. I can tell you that from where I sat there was no chant, and people actually clapped when he came out on crutches after the half.

I live in North Alabama and work with a lady who is a huge Arky fan and went to Neyland last week for the first time. They sat in a home section and could not say enough about how polite, classy and engaging the Vols fans were. I told her beforehand it would be like that. They travel for most of the SEC games so they have seen a few different crowds.

I was there behind the UGA bench. I never heard anything like that. Actually the stadium was pretty quiet when he got hurt. There weren't many issues tonight that I saw (except for one)
