Someone tell me Rucker is joking

Ok, rednecks. Time to lighten up here.

YOU WILL NEVER KNOW what goes on in the locker room unless someone tells you directly because you're not gonna be in the locker room. YOU'RE NOT ON THE TEAM.

Every coach at every level has this type of crap from time to time. 99.9% of you here would really S^#* at any level of coaching because you don't have any idea what you would do or what you would be saying as a coach.

I'm not happy with what is happening. We're all venting because we bought into the Hype Train that was Tennessee Football earlier in the season.

Because we're fans we get to bemoan and/or cheer our team on here.

Flame on but I'm not sure you're gonna make yourself feel any better.

The season is gonna play out and you have no control over what happens with this team - besides pooping the bed and making recruits and opposing coaches take notice of what a miserable bunch you are.

Later rednecks...

I've been in Tennessee locker rooms. You haven't

I bet a lot of posters here aren't fun to play board games with.

Is that Daniel Craig throwing a hissy fit?

Oh, btw, congrats on your recognition that high 5s are scientifically proven to be beneficial.

That is actually true.

There is also a Cat Fancy/Cigar Aficionado study which proved that teams that consistently make contact on "Up High's" and "Down Low's" but fail to connect on "Too Slow's" will be, on average, -18 on turnovers for the season.

post of the year

Hate to say it, but I am so over this clown.

Is that a real quote above?

I suppose we now have "High-5 + Chest Bump Spotters" on the team -- those designated to encourage it. Seems like he has everything backed by scientific research (from 2-pt conversion charts, to peanut butter, to oatmeal, to chest bumps -- and don't forget, a $250k automobile as specified recruiting tool).

Not a real quote - but would be a lot cooler if it was sorry I forgot to include my blue font for sarcasm :)

Someone let Butch know that there is a study out there that suggests coaches lose their jobs when they don't win and especially when they lose to teams like South Carolina. The study is called reality, Butch.

Get your head out of your ass aka lala land

His back side is Layla land??? Does Spliffin know about this?

Oh wait, lala land.

I'll never be able to forgive BJ for the USC loss. With so much on the line we go out and play like that? I honestly believe the BS he's been selling his players is wearing thin. The cliches and coach speak wear thin after some time if you aren't winning. Another thing that bothers me is his expectations are apparently much lower than the average UT fan. So we have been to bowl the last three years, that should be enough? That's a loser mentality.

So you aren't a Philmer/Manning fan I take it?

Really, you have been posting here way longer than I have and I have no faith that 80% of the posters would give that the first thought.

That's just because their first instinct is to find something wrong with whatever it is he's doing. And I get that.
