We are 5 games into the season we knew the OLine was going to be rough this year.

If you are CBJ what do you do to motivate the lineman, or how do you work to turn the Oline into at least something serviceable to salvage the remainder of the season and make a bowl game.

If you are Coach Mike Bajakian, what do you do to change your scheme at this point in the season to help the Oline not look atrocious.

From a fundamental stand point what do we do NOW not two years from now to get the 4 more wins that we desperately need.

I can't wait to see Fingers practice update thread and I am kind of tired about talking about the Florida game so what do you do as a coach to turn the Oline to somewhat serviceable for the remainder of the season?

Everyone keeps saying "we knew the OL would be bad" when everyone said this new line "would be nasty" and said we wouldn't miss the old group.

Put in an extra tackle on the blind side. Our wide receivers have to be more aggressive off the line. Got to get the tight end more involved. Try a new kick returner. Line up under center every now and then...

Good grief whoever said this oline was going to be "nasty" needs to have a psychological evaluation, we all knew it would be young, thin, and inexperienced.

I thought we would have Oline issues and wished Tiny had stayed it would have made a difference I think. But he did what he thought was best for him, and I can not blame him for that. I did expect better play out of some of the guys who had been here, but I realize they are being forced to play out of their natural position. I never thought Blair would be a "non" factor, nor did I think one whole side of the line would end up being true freshman. When that happened due to injury I knew it was going to be a much more difficult year than I had hoped for before the season. But we will have to play who we have and get the best we can out of them. These kids are giving their all for Tennessee, they can not help that they do not have the game experience YET to get it done on every play. VFL'S EVERY ONE OF THEM.

The o-line will get better as will the rest of the team. This team is young and will have its share of ups and downs. The loss to Florida was rough, but hopefully the team can learn from it and pull out a big win in the second half of the season.

If Tiny had stayed and Skipper had come here, we would have won the EAST.
