that is the best point i have heard, i think it is very important for him to hire his on staff, i love tn tradition but if you are bringing in a coach with no ties then you as need asst. coaches with no ties.

Simply hire the people who are most qualified for each position. If they are a good fit for the program, they are a good fit.
