The difference is that Team 118 has already shown more enthusiasm and fire for wanting to play for TN than any of those previous teams combined...that alone should get you excited for the future...just takes one class of elite talent with fire and determination to make a huge impact...this will be that class

We need 3 or 4 dynamic players on both sides of the ball and it will be a very different ballgame. Jones would have to actually try to screw it up to keep us from a winning record and bowlgame. We can't stand out of our own way right now.

This does make me feel a little better. I admit I was worried that we would lose recruits as a result of this loss. Cannot wait for team 118 and beyond!

Going to need some difference makers in that class. Hope they're there. We need help. Dooley's recruiting was about as bad as his coaching.

They are not bad people. We are just desperate to see UT back where we are accustomed to see us.
Believe me when I say we cannot wait to get some talent back on the roster.
Thank you for bleeding orange with us.
As you can already see how badly we need you young men here to help the "rise".
Can't wait to have you on campus and know we will be cheering for you even more passionately next year when we start getting the wins.

I was at the game last night thinking how many other fans across the country would have 95,000 fans attend a game in 30 degree weather to watch a bad 4-6 football team? The stadium was loud and the fans are dying to see a good football team and start winning games. Team 118 is where it starts. I predict 6 wins next year and 8 wins in 2015. 2016 SEC East Champs!

#2 ranked recruiting classes bring a glimmer of hope. If we had a 25th ranked class coming in, it would be difficult to be positive. Winning starts on the recruiting trail and CBJ is getting it done there. It's just a matter of time before he turns Dooley's train wreck around.

$60,000 question:

How much housecleaning occurs for the returning players from Team 117?

The incoming freshmen have bought in. If some returning players haven't similarly bought into Butch and the process, there could be some chemistry issues next year. I hope there is minimal turnover, but after last night I wouldn't be surprised if some players lost some of their faith in the staff.
