There's a lot of truth to that. CBJ is building something here and everyone knows it. The best they can hope for is that he fall short this year and our fanbase does something stupid. Fortunately, our powerbrokers are smarter than that and realize the job that has been done. They'll give Jones time to win with what he's built.

He will be given time but if for some reason we lose to UF and Ala again and say GA and A'M that puts Butch at 1-15 in 4 years against UF,Ala,GA and the rest of the SEC West he has coached against. When we are losing to our 3 biggest rivals and winless in the other games against the SEC West then it's not much to hang his hat by going 13-3 against UK,VU,Mizzou and SCe. And that's assuming we beat all 4 of them this year. Definitely the year for Butch to show he deserves an elite type job that UT is.( Or has been and will be again)

There's not many SRs this year, even factoring in Hurd and Kamara leaving. Next year is when its SR heavy. Next year could be really good.
