Teague has not thoughts of playing DB, showing up super early for workouts w WRs. Poole is doing the same.

Moore, Gerald Jones, Ben Martin, Reveiz, Nick Stephens, Gerald Williams and Poole are stepping up as the team leaders.

Berry ran a 4.31 at pre combine workouts.

I am really interested to see how Poole does. That's great to see him step up as a leader too. Ha we all knew EB was fast. This just proves it.

Are you saying that he is not thinking about switching over, or that he is trying to make it clear to the coaches he doesn't want to play DB by showing up early with the WR's? Either way, I think the coaches will eventually give him a try on the other side.

Basically saying that he is working his tail off to earn playing time at the WR position and that the coaches and other players are taking notice.

Every year we get all jacked up about new recruits... I guess that's normal. But then guys who are in the program kind of get forgotten. But they usually show up again when the pads start popping.

Everyone this time last year was sure that Brown would start at RB, Nuke and/or Teague would shine over the old guys, that Askew was a shoe in, etc.

Teague has now played in real SEC action. He's seen what it takes. He's participated in UT's S&C program for close to a year. He still has a chance to be a very special player at UT as a WR.

All good news... I don't blame teague one bit. If he doesn't want to play DB, then he'd likely be a liability in that position.

Teague really seems like a Mark Jones type player: plug him in anywhere and he'll contribute

I thought Marsalis got lost in the shuffle somewhat last season, so I'm not surprised he's busting his butt this offseason. It's great to hear that guys are working hard to earn their way on the field like Teague and Poole. Can't have too many guys that are willing to put in the work, and lead by example.

Only other interesting snipit was that JJ was going to class and fully participating in the off season program.

My thoughts... 1. GREAT to see our d-linemen stepping up. 2. EB's 4.31 may mean, "Hello Raiders". 3. Hope Teague turns into Cedric Wilson. THANKS FOR THE MUCH ANTICIPATED NEWS!!!

Who cares what u read on tos. Not everyone did. Most of us on VN appreciate the info both Erics, Sab, LV, Rex, HVW, & others bring to this free site. So if u don't like it stay on tos, & quit complaining. No one will miss u anyways brah.
