Some Observations

1. Thank you to Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson for not turning the broadcast into a Florida-Tim Tebow lovefest.

2. I love those road jerseys. The team should wear those for every road game.

3. In this game, we saw what a huge difference good coaches can make. Lane Kiffin & Co. took Florida to the wire with basically the same team that got embarrassed by Florida in Neyland last season. For the first time in years, Tennessee was not outcoached by Florida.

4. Even when Florida was poised to expand their lead to 24 points, Tennessee did not give up.

5. This was one of the hardest-hitting games I have seen in some time. A lot of guys are going to be sore when they wake up tomorrow.

6. I couldn't like Montario Hardesty anymore than I already do. Instead of avoiding hits, he delivers them. Bryce Brown is going to be a beast.

7. The good showing against Florida is going to be a boon for an already outstanding recruiting class.

8. The future looks very bright for Tennessee.

9. I couldn't be any prouder to be a Vol fan than I am right now.

i got so dang sick of the cbs does timmy porno. thought obama had but a uni on for a bit. they didnt get what they wanted and they as normal swung the priase to the vols. BERRY GOT PLAYA OF THE GAME NOT TIMMY.

Any more Tebow talk and they would have had to get a ******* room. I cant stand watching CBS games because of those two idiots!!

The normal road jerseys are just too vanilla. Perhaps the jerseys worn in the Florida game are ones only a Vol fan could love, but I love them!

I have griped about Danielson since he started but I honsetly thought he did a good job yesterday. Maybe he has been reading fanmail
