we don't have to.It's not their job to stop scoring. It's our job to stop them. I have no problem with a team scoring as much as they can. But don't come in and say they quit or slowed down when they had their 2 biggest weapons in the entire game and still passing in the 4th.
Last month Morgan Newton, a highly regarded recruit from Indy, narrowed his choice to Florida and Kentucky. Unable to make up his mind he consulted with Peyton for his decision. Based on Peyton's comments he chose UK because of Sanders. In fact, Peyton said he was a great coach.
I tend to trust Peyton's opinion over anyone's on this board. Sanders was nothing more than a scapegoat for the great pumpkin.
He and many other coaches. Now I'm not going to get into that with you. There are THOUSANDS of toothless kooks at bammer sites you can talk to about it. Jus shut up and let us handle our coaching staff and team.
When any defense holds Florida to under 250 yards they did their job. You are 100% correct.
we don't have to.
Tebow did it for us when said after the game he was bored.
I've said that the score last year was a bit misleading, but I have also said that it was
1) misleading at the end of the first half (because UT had not played equal to Florida to that point) and
2) at the end (in that the difference between the two teams was exaggerated by the final margin).
Saying that Florida did not wing the ball around or run reverses or try for long post patterns isn't me putting a spin on a dull second half. Its a fact. Florida didn't run those plays because it didn't need to take any risks that might somehow ignite a UT score.
Your last comment demonstrates that your objectivity quotient on this issue isn't zero, its minus a thousand.
How many passes did we attempt in the second half there?
That's what I thought...
just stop it. stop. You are a typical homer. You defend the fact that your coach consistently plays his starters long after they should be on the bench. You defend this by saying that he wants to get them practice or they weren't playing that well. Meanwhile, you specualate that you guys could have scored more than what the final score shows. You also criticize people for suggesting that last years game was closer than the final score reflected. You are one big hypocrisy.
