Some facts and things to think about concerning UGa.

Almost every year the UGa bullFrawgs DO LOSE a game they never should have lost.

They have NOT had that game this season...YET!

They have a powerful football team and are ranked #1 in the nation so ALL the pressure keeps building up on them.

Their HC, Kirby Smart, really is NOT too smart and almost every game he chokes and makes some bad calls...He's overdo to make some bad calls today.

We haven't done well when playing on CBS for quite awhile...We're well overdo to have a great game on that TV network.

We certainly DID play head to head against the alaBubba crimson tUrd up into the 4th quarter when a serious lack of depth and just being worn fown caused us to make some mistakes and allowed them to score some fast points.

Our coaches and players learned from that game and they PROVED it in the war against kenSucky when they played really hard, made the most important stop at the very end of the game and got us that impressive WIN over a ranked team.

That was our only game since our much needed BYE week and you can bet that our coaching staff added a few more secret plays for just when we really need them so it's a safe bet that we DO still have some secret plays up our HC sleeve that nobody has seen yet...We just might see some of those today.

Most people thought we had no chance against kenSucky and their high powered O and their good D but we DID get that WIN.

Years ago nobody thought that Appy State could get the WIN over the mighty Michigan team but they DID.

In 1998 nobody thought that Tennessee could make it to the National Championship game but we DID.

In that National Championship game hardly anyone thought that Tennessee could beat the famous Bobby Bowden and his tough Florida State team but we DID get the WIN and the National Championship.

It's a FACT that some strange things CAN and DO happen in a footVOL game and no mater what anyone thinks will happen...THAT is why we play the games.

I just can NOT find it in my heart to bet against This years footVOL Team that's way under strength by 17 scholly players and have had to teach some players to play 2 or 3 different positions just to try to put a Team on the field

I'm so proud of our coaches and players. that I could bust and IMHO they've already overachieved what many of us thought they could do this season.

This Team has earned it so I really pray and hope that today IS the day that our Tennessee footVOL Team shocks the world and gets this huge WIN!!!

High powered Kentucky offense???? They are ranked #71 in total offense. There is nothing high powered about them. They are also #40 in total defense. They were 3 points away from beating Tennessee. Tennessee got lucky on a pick six and that’s it.

Ya.. got lucky. That’s it. Tennessee gave up over 600 yards to Kentucky. Had it not been for that pick 6 Tennessee would have lost and you know that. Tennessee defense is horrible. They couldn’t beat their way out of a wet paper bag.

Tennessee was one play away from making it a blow out. That step on the sideline isn’t called out and Ky never would have recovered from it. That was a 14 point turnaround.
You made some good points in your original post on this thread but now you’re just fighting to win an argument.

I’m not sure what you call a blowout but winning by 14 is not it….

The reality is that Tennessee was one play away from losing the game….against Kensucky(quoting the original post) . Saying a team that you only beat by 3 points sucks is just dumb.

Tennessee was also driving and they fumbled at the mesh point, missed a FG. Went 4 and out in the red zone. They left more than a 14 point lead on the board. They should have won by 17 to 20 and that is a blowout.

They never should have lost to SC a couple of years ago. When were all those others they "shouldn't" have lost?

It says it’s better to lose as Vol than win as a dawg.
After Georgia chokes their national championship away you can take your barley worn dawgs shirt back to Walmart and return it to get on the next bandwagon.

And what’s wrong with a Walmart shirt? Sad thing is I live in Tennessee and people here go to the local goodwill to buy their Vol stuff. Or the toilet paper aisle….
