Softball Schedule Has Been Released

As usual we have a tough one everyone in the SEC is good and a lot of the post SEC games will be tough.

We got Memphis on the schedule hopefully we can run rule them.

Non conf schedule not very exciting. 7 games against the final regular season RPI top 50 including #1 Oregon #18 Utah #21 BYU # 28 Ok St. # 31 Marshall # 49 Ore St. # 50 South Fla.

Here are the 2017 regular season RPI of the non conf teams this year.

87 - 185 - 53 - 136 - 18 - 28 - 110 - 57 - 50 - 31 - 21 - 229 - 136 - 49 - 65 - 1 - 186 - 175 - 56 - 282 - 225 - 85 - 180 - 266 - 96 - 170 and then in our own tourney we will play 2 additional games TBD against 186 - 175 or 56.

That's a lot of big numbers. Hopefully some of those teams will be better this year so we aren't scrambling for a seed.

I think they believe they can make it up in the SEC hopefully they win all the games because I remember a Big Ten team had a lot of wins last year but didn't get a great seed because of the schedule.
