What gets me is Dooley's 0-9 record against SEC ranked opponents. To say we are young is one thing. To say we can't win against ANY ranked opponent is silly. This is becoming inexcusable.

He deserves criticism for losing to GA this year at home, but even then, if JJ and Hunter play, UT wins.

That was a terrible job of getting a team ready with the time that was given. Past that, LSU and Bama is beating everybody by 30. UF is a different team without a QB now.

UT has got 2 more chances (really 1 USC) to beat a team that has better talent than they do.

If Dooley gets 7-5 considering Bray and Hunter he has done a solid job.

Wilcox has got to find a way to get to the QB against Ark and SC. Brent Brewer is so lost in the secondary, I would just roll the dice and blitz him every freaking play and let the chips fall where they may.

Saban inherited just as big of a mess if not worse than Dooley. He just brought in alot more talent his first couple years. We will see what DD has next year when we should have the talent to compete.

Dooley inherited a bigger mess with Kiffin's quick exit. Three coaches in 3 years is as bad as it gets.

Seriously though Dooley has all this talent, all this depth, a roster full of players with tons of experience, no injuries this season that I can recall, and a cake walk of a schedule.

And we still aren't undefeated.

Man, he really sucks as a coach.

Fulmer left the cupboard empty with his crappy recruiting. Kiffin left the cupboard empty with his thugs that left early or were kicked off the team.
Dooley has had two years to recruit players that are law abiding citizens and can play.
Yeah it sucks to be a Tennessee fan right now, but at least I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. All of you fair weather fans can kiss my ass, I've been here before and I have the patience to wait for greatness rather than whine wanting instant gratification.

Then some of you on here go dust off your resumes and apply for the head football coach at UT. Or better yet the Athletic director. Some of you people truly are embarrassing as TN fans. Any F...... idiot (lots of you people) knows TN talent is depleted given the previous situations. Dooley is working with kids from a total of 3 different coaching staffs, kicked off the idiots, and some left. People, SHUT THE F... UP!

Yeah. Apparently our roster according to OP should have Cam Newton at QB, Percy Harvin at WR, and Mount Cody. Those coaches had veteran squads with unbelievable talent...can't compare

Really? Chizik walked into a better situatuion? Only thing he did was bring in Newton and Dyer, other than that his team was just as bad as we were when we lost to them his 1st year.. He deff did not walk into a better situation.

He forgot to point out in this brilliant analysis, Chizik was put in the same boat at Iowa State, after Mc carney was fired. His second and last year went 2 and 10 with no conference wins. And if wasn't for his 14 and 0 dream team his win % would be worse than Dooleys.
