So the National Media says AD should not listen to fans

The media doesn’t realize the depths of stupidity in the UTAD/Administration or they would think differently.

Makes ZERO sense to listen to the fans and crowd. Definitely should leave the election of officials to the politicians too and get rid of trials by jury. Also, why not get rid of television ratings? The heads of networks and television producers know what's best for us.

I think it's time to stop all of this, we are looking bad. I believe the best thing we can do as a fan base now is to show how much we just don't care. No games, no merchandise definitely NO DONATIONS, don't attend team events of any kind. I know it sucks but to remove the rot that is deep within the University this must be done. My guess is 2-3 years and Has-slums will be out along with their butler Currie and we have to hope those that take their place will see what happened and care about the school. Acting like a bunch of unhappy teenage girls isn't going to stop them and it makes the fans look worse than the administration. Wait till they announce the coach and no ones there to hear it. Ticket sales drop to almost nothing. That's when they will start to hear us.

I'd rather the fanbase look bad than our program and our incredible athletes who chose to come here look bad for one more year. I can handle looking bad by the media but I can't handle the product on the field being subpar due to coaching any more.

Probably the way it will go. No one is going to be all that excited when they hire the mediocre coach from NC State. The way this deal has went it's already cost them a lot. There won't be any attendance records broken next season.

My understanding is that Currie is offering a product (Tennessee Football) and I am a customer (Buying gear and tickets to football games).

With the above being the case, isn't it said when you offer (sale) a product or service that the customer is always right?

Yet, it is o.k. to listen to one man; Jimmy Haslem and do his bidding! The National Media is not thinking this through correctly. Why is it o.k. for the University to do one man's bidding. They are missing the real story here. It's not the fans who are the problem! We haven't been the problem for the last 2 decades either but dumb decisions kept being made. The one constant at the university is the Haslem family!

Why not listen to 10's of thousands of minds instead of one who clearly has run this program into the ground and cannot run his own Cleveland Browns.

this is a simple answer. A LOT of these people have Sexton as their agent. Not hard.

Donald Trump is a douche, yet he gave us a blueprint for how to defeat the mainstream media. Use social media to attach media members' names over and over and over to defending Sandusky, Schiano, Penn State, and child rape. Fight fire with fire. The media won't even use the words. They call it the Penn State situation.

I'm convinced that the president, the chancellor, Currie, and probably even Rick Barnes need to leave. All are attached to Haslime's teet. We have to exorcise that criminal from our university, or we will continue to be the Cleveland Browns of the SEC. Peyton has more equity than any of the above, but he's at a crossroads. He's either with the Haslime or with us.

I am now utterly convinced that the slimes intend to bury us with a terrible coach in order to punish us for our insubordinance (rejecting Schiano). One of the worst slimes is the governor of our State. It won't be easy, but hopefully their grasp will weaken as a result of the federal hearing in Chattanooga. Don't ever stop at Pilot unless it's to take a huge dump. Don't ever buy concessions if you attend an event. Never buy tickets from the university. Always get them second hand for way less than face. These people only care about money. Cut them off. We have an opportunity to give this program the big orange enema it has needed for years. Let's flush the slime.
