What did you expect. They are currently the only one loss team in the East. Check back in four weeks maybe?

And how in the world did Vandy beat Georgia. Stats, time of possession everything show Georgia dominating - no interceptions, no fumbles. Looks like GA settled for FG's three times and that was the difference.

Just more proof that a tough schedule is useless. A win vs a bad team is better than a close loss to a great team. Don't schedule power 5 OOC games. It's a waste. Look at Houstons schedule. Look at Louisville schedule. Look at Boise state schedule.

I believe the SEC commish regs require the scheduling of at least one P5 OOC opponent. We won't get to play Austin Peay three times in one year.

I'm not saying Florida is a better team than Tennessee, obviously. However, it's clear why we're ranked higher. Head to head doesn't matter when you have more losses.

It is supposed to be who are the best teams in order and it is pretty silly to say Florida is better than TN.

Since when has it "supposed" to be that? It's never been that way.

It IS supposed to be that way otherwise you would have West Virginia and Boise State who are undefeated ahead of the teams with losses. Maybe you are being sarcastic but that is what the voters are supposed to do.

What would Florida's record be with Tennessee's schedule?
Case closed.
