Between Currie trying to rush out a replacement hire and half the boosters wanting him out before he can, no one knows. Tomorrow will be a big day.

Why do u say tomorrow big day. What will happen. Currie should be gone. Screw Hadley and his money and his puppets. But can that happen in 24 hours

Unfortunately, I think this drags out now. It wont be a quick fix. Im thinking a week or two before a hire. They will want to be thorough and make sure its the right person.

The university already looks stupid but who really cares
Do this right. Get the right guy and rebuild our once great program

Whoever we hire will probably be worse than Schiano. No way Tee is better than Schiano. He hasn’t proven a thing.

There really isn't a home run hire at this point. I'm not that excited about anyone that's left out there. This is just unbelievable to me. It's like this program has a curse on it.

Any of these google'em coaches would have been a better choice than Schiano, and would likely kill for job like UT.

Heard either Low or Simonton day that if they fired Currie now they’d owe HIM $6+mm....don’t think he’s going anywhere. Also, probably expect another decision sometime this week. I’d be thrilled with Cut or Tee...if neither says yes, go get Brohm.

Kiffin can coach, but I don’t trust him a bit. Too unstable, aloof, unreliable. Only thing that would excite me about him being hired is that he could easily bring Tee here as his OC. Tee loves Kiffin.

As a UAB alum I'd ask for mercy and forget Bill's name was even mentioned. He's ours!

In all seriousness he's probably the best coach and program administrator I've ever seen. But he's an Alabama native and has coached all over the state. He's made it pretty clear this is where he wants to be. Any guy that would stick around after the program is killed just to have to go through a rebuilding process 6 months later is pretty hardcore

Kevin Steele is a Tennessee guy. Played under Majors. Very motivational, a players coach. Currently at Auburn as DC. Devoted Christian.
