Watch the Florida game again ! Absolutely one of the greatest games I've ever seen ! Looking on to 2017 remember the talent that we have , upgrades being made on coaching staff , Butch is fighting for our program and I believe we will only lose one game this coming season! Go VOLS! That was probably the funnest game I've ever been to. It is also the game that came closest to causing me a cardiac event.

A good leader identifies the problem and takes steps to fix it and Butch is doing that and our strength coach is the final step and we will be amazing this season and beat bama to end there streak!

I'm still sunburned from that game. Worth it though. I do think we can take something away from that game in that IF we are healthy, Shoop can make adjustments to halt an offense in the second half. LSU is NOT unbeatable, far from it as we took care of the gators and they took care of LSU. That tigers game is not an automatic W for Orgeron and I like the guy.

I am with you but I would hold your horses on the bama talk for now. I believe butch has brought our program a long way and we need improvements as you said. I like the changes that have been made. At the same time the team needs to focus on winning the games they should win. Had we won those 2 last season, talk would be much different. I fear for the future of the program if CBJ is fired.

We have question marks and there's no getting around that, but our staff outcoached Florida and Georgia last year, crapped the bed against Vandy & USCe. But again as I mentioned in another thread, our entire team with the exception of Barnett on D and Jennings on O was soft and a bunch of creampuffs the whole season last year. Now why, I do not know, it just was. I suspect the staff will get that fixed. Do we have talent at every position, pretty much we have solid or better talent 2 deep at every position. Experienced at two deep? In a lot of places we do, not QB though and THAT will probably be the biggest factor in determining how our season goes. We just need someone to win the job outright and make few mistakes as IMO we'll have an experienced OL and they should be road graders with depth this season IF they dont play like the Pillsbury doughboys. If they play like our 119 OL did or better, we'll have a good year.

13 original starters was out vs bama, my belief is that rock is the key to open the door to make it like the 90s again no even better! Go VOLS

I think we will be fine I like the addition of coach warren and Coach Roc G adds a level of toughness that this team desperately needs. I want to hold out and see what other coaching moves are made. We definitely have the experience to win

I always enjoy your posts Mink, you're a fine example, in my opinion, of a "true fan". Not to say everyone that doesn't share your optimism isn't, I believe everyone here that claims to be a fan, is a "true fan", just some suck at it.

It's like Rachel Ray being a "Celebrity Chef". We have a bunch of Rachel Ray's of college football fans.

Thanks ! Man that game we just squared up and whipped Floridas arse in the 2nd half , and the stadium was amazing! I hope next season when lsu comes in we are undefeated and that stadium will shake like never b4! Go fricken VOLS Go!
