Butch hasn't all year had his teams ready to play and massive defects but everything is fine... I'm so pissed bout the Hurd fiasco I'm done with him f'him CBJ is the reason

That is not the point joe. The point is that this program has been unstable for a very long time and has been unable to string together 3 consecutive seasons of bowl eligibility for 14 long years.

6-6 is not good enough now, neither is 7-5 or 8-4. 9-3 would be a let down from pre-season expectations, but it is still continued improvement overall. I wouldn't mind having any team that continues to improve by at least 1 win every single year. That is exactly what we have so far. If the consistent improvement continues, like it has for the past 4 years, we'll be 11-1 in 2 years.

So do Kamara and Kelly and they seem to have more success running the ball this year. Hurd usually runs into the pile and falls down for three yards most plays

Firing Jancek, and keeping all of the defensive positions coaches did not help. If Butch didn't allow Shoop to bring in his own guys, that's on Butch. Willie Martinez is a known hack, and shouldn't be on any Div1 football staff.

It's gonna be a bumpy ride to a new coach. Schemes suck, strength and conditioning is a joke, and very undisciplined (not just with penalties). How many pressers have we had like this? How many more are coming? I see only one chance for Butch. Become CEO. Hire a credible OC and let him run his offense. And clean freaking house. How many injuries are we at? How not normal is that?
