I expect UF players, coaches, etc to talk trash. That's part of it and it happens every year. But now the talking heads that have no affiliation with UF are talking sh!t. Every time I turn on my tv, radio, or read an article someone new has some side handed, smart azz comment about my Vols. I know respect has be earned, but as a fan, I feel that we are the most disrespected team in college football right now. Hell, a lot of it comes from people wearing orange and white calling themselves "fans". I hope the team is taking all this as personal as I am and comes out Saturday with a fire inside. I've never wanted to personally suit up for a game as a fan so bad in my life. It's time we show the country that Volnation ain't nobody's b!tch!!!!

Just remember these VERY important things..

1) a fly don't wear a tie.
2) a goat can't steer a boat.
3) a bear won't eat a pear.

Then do something about it. To Florida we are about like Candy or Kensucky. We always choke. Florida doesn't lose to Tennessee. It's a fact of life.

UT hasn't done much of anything in 10 years. Trash talking is part of it. The players and coaches are mentally tough, so I'm positive that they can handle it well.

I just really want to see Jalen Hurd put the pain train on Tabor. Get up a good head of steam and just lay into him downfield. Hit him so hard even his grandma feels it.

I don't want Tabor hurt, but I do want him feeling woozy after the first half and a little gun shy over trying to stop that man.

I know how you feel OP. I lost some respect for David Pollack yesterday. His style of holding up each finger and slowing pronouncing "E-LEV-en" into the camera was distasteful IMO. I enjoy analysis but the level of professionalism dropped.

On the other hand, this trash talk combined with the "streak" and high aspirations should help produce the most motivated and determined UT team to step on a field. They should be pumped come Saturday.

if team 120 cannot get pumped up and FIRED up for this game like we all are then we have to accept the fact we will be waiting for team 121 to show up...if you cannot get fired up for this then you do not need to dress out... stay home stay in bed and cover your head up...but as for me...I AM READY TO GO....wish it was today...GBO

I rather prefer the gator trash talk to the constant stream of articles by the national media all providing their 'expert' opinions on The Streak. I've read the exact same thing in some 2 dozen articles just since Sunday. If our team has a mental block against the gators it is apparently because the media is telling them they do.

Yeah bears do eats pears...seen yesterday with my own eyes swear. I'm gonna hopefully get a chance to put an arrow through him this weekend.
