This is a former player. I don’t recall him playing here, but I’m guessing he’s no longer welcome back around the facility. Based on what he wrote, he may have already had a falling out. You don’t do that .

He was on Basilio today, I tuned in just to hear it. He’s about as dumb as you’d expect him to be. Said he shouldn’t have done it then kept excusing it, took a shot at Nico making money, took a shot at his Dad. Said he didn’t think Nico would see it and wouldn’t check his DM’s and didn’t even think he ran his account, but then said it was meant just for Nico to see and nobody else. So why send it if you don’t think he’d see it? He’s a clown and was called out as such.

Excuses, excuses, excuses. What is it with the morons who think they can talk around their being jackasses?

Also, what is it with the morons who let other morons talk their way around being jackasses?

This particular moron could have at least owned what he did, apologized, and recovered some miniscule but perceptible measure of respect.

I suppose there's some world where they were having a longer argument on whatever platform that was - but if that was true, the moron would have shared those messages and fired back already. That strongly suggests he is exactly the moron he appears to be.

So, the Clay guy actually has a funny story about going to Kentucky a few years ago and some Kentucky fan relentlessly kept trying to pick a fight with him and he kept ignoring the guy and told him to just leave him alone. Finally the little drunk Kentucky guy got a little physical and Clay leveled him with one hit. It's on Youtube and is pretty funny if you're a Vol fan.
Basilio was going to have him on to talk about that and then information came out about him DM'ing Nico during the game. He decided to still have him on but told him he was going to bring that up and it needed to be addressed because it was absolutely moronic.
Unfortunately, my lunch time ended before he had him on so I will have to go back and listen to the podcast to hear what was actually said.
