They make fun of all Presidents, Clinton got his share especially after the Lewinsky scandal.They do make fun of Obama and I have yet to see them make fun of McCain so I think they are more than fair on the political satire. Dickens, you said the show was terrible so do you watch a show you think is terrible or not? If you do than that is strange and if you don't than how do you know so much about it? The news update hits on a lot of stories not just 'Bush' stories and I would contest the "every 30 seconds" claim, not the claim that they did make fun of Bush. It didn't take a "brilliant" observation to state the obvious so i do understand your sarcasm. When did they stop making fun of Obama? Are you saying that after 1 episode because they did last week.

I used to watch SNL on a regular basis. It slowly grew worse and worse. I have stopped watching it. I catch sketches every once in a while when I flip channels. The only decent stuff on SNL comes from the lonely island guys (Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaeffer, and Jorma Taccone)

I did not hear about Obama related to SNL. I agree with you that they do make fun of Bush a lot and she did talk about him during the news update but I just don't think it was any more than Clinton or H.W. Bush. I know she moved on to 30 Rock with Alec Baldwin but I don't recall her being any worse than Amy Poehler. Did Obama make an issue out of the skits or was it his supporters?
