Sly's Advice To Young'uns

Nothing groundbreaking but I'm on a roll so here is the wife's cube steak recipe.

All purpose flour and season salt - your brand

Cast iron skillet and light coating of oil.

Dredge the cube steak dry then fry till crisped on both sides. flour stuck to the bottom will help thicken it.
Then fill with water or chicken broth until just above the cube steak then add lipton's pack and slap the lid on. The longer you cook the better.

Chick-filet is overrated. Their sandwich is ok but it's damn chicken and pickles. Waffle fries are so so. Tea is excellent though.

I had it once years ago and didn't think that much about it. Probably 10-12 years ago. Found out their agenda and just haven't gone back.
 
Also I don't like my local chick-filet because they have unusually hot HS girls working their and it makes me feel old and creepy
