If I have Sling TV (+Sports package) and a Mohu Leaf will I be able to watch every UT game?

Here are the relevant channels I'll have:

SEC Network
ESPN U
ESPN
ESPN2
FOX
ABC
NBC
CBS

Thanks in advance. Go Vols!

I do this exact thing and yes you get every game, I will say sling needs a pretty fast internet connection otherwise it can freeze up

Use antennaweb to see what you can get from the mohu leaf. As for slingtv, skip that. Go with Playstation Vue instead. MUCH better. You won't get local networks live but on demand a day later. For the games, I plan on using CSLive app on my ipad combined with apple tv. Other options for cable cutters include hulkusc.com and stream2watch.co

I have the exact setup and didn't miss a game last year. Don't forget, many internet providers also provide watchespn so you can stream it online if it's not on one of the ESPN channels on the sling tv (it rarely is though)

Yep. Left sling in the dust. Major cities will get local networks live, but I'm still waiting for Atlanta to get added. No matter. There is no comparison between the two. Vue is light years better. I'm leaving Directv for good.

Vue seems like such a great deal. I only wish it was 1080p.

True but since most of Directv is 720, it's a heck of a deal...Vue that is. At this point, I'm missing ESPN3 and the local networks, but come the fall, the CSLive app will do nicely. I've tested it out on lesser sports and found the results to be acceptable. For a $120 a month savings, I can handle not having 1080.

And if I lived in a major city, the mohu would be an absolute no brainer. I checked antennaweb for my daughter in Atlanta and she has a large selection of OTA HD content. Amazon recently had the Leaf on sale for $35. Pretty sweet deal.

Sling has been great for me. I have really good internet, so that could be a factor - but it was excellent for all the games last season.

Is there any way to 'dvr' with Vue?
This is my only concern. Most shows now are continuing story mode and I live first and catch up on tv later.

Vue can store your shows in the cloud for 28 days.

First, thank you for the helpful advice.

Secondly, I'm old enough to have watched 'UHF' channels and also to consider storing my Vue programming "in the cloud".

Freakin a.

I can remember using aluminum foil on my antenna wire to get HBO back in the day. Incredible advances in tech.
