I agree i know some SA's will mouth off about him playing at a medicre school but glad it worked out for him.

At the 06 game at Arkansas, I actually had a fan curse at me b/c we had "stolen" Slick Shelley. At the time he was 4th string and I laughed in the guy's face.

It is Tulsa. If he was to transfer to Arky, he would have to sit out 2 years.

Forgive the stupid question, but why 2 years?

I thought that when a player transferred, they could go to a div1-aa school and not miss any time, or transfer to another div 1-a school and either a) sit out a year, b) expend their redshirt year.

Did Rick Clausen sit out 2yrs when he transferred to UT? If it is 2 yrs like you said,it is ridiculous.IMO
