Listening to that press conference, I couldn't help but reflect back to good ol' Slick Willie Bill Clinton.

Kiffin can't hold Clinton's jock when it comes to smooth talking one's way out of a disaster staring right at you, but I'll be damned if he didn't give it the ol college try tonight.

That reporter nailed him on his bs answer regarding O contacting UT's recruits. It was great fun to watch him squirm his way right into a confrontation on the issue (which is a surefire way to ensure that the issue doesn't go away anytime soon).

I'm just hoping that the NCAA will not only go after USC but look into Coach O's statements to the new recruits. Nothing would please me more. Hey USC...you wanted him...fine but you're getting something extra you're not going to like.

Classic...Everybody in the room and everybody watching on tv knew he was lying his ass off...he'll be out of coaching in 5 years!

It started out early in the presser with Kiffin stating he hadn't been able to talk to Orgeron because he had just gotten off the plane in LA. He then stated that the reports of Orgeron contacting our recruits was inaccurate.

Best I remember, the reporter basically let it slide at that point.

Later on, the same reporter brought it back up and asks "How do you know its inaccurate if you haven't spoken with Orgeron about the allegation?"

Kiffin looked at the reporter like he had been caught stroking his meat (not that I know what that look would be). Of course, Kiffin had actually just been caught trying to stroke all of our meat. How would he know it was inaccurate if he hadn't spoken with Orgeron.

THEN, Kiffin tries to put it back on reporter. Reporter points out the inconsistency and Kiffin did a "that's not what I said." Kiffin then says, "I said that the way you phrased it was inaccurate." The reporter basically says "you know what i'm asking, just answer the question." Kiffin punts and says he is going to talk to Orgeron right after presser to find out what happened.

Was in total Weasal mode and was caught dead.
