Voxx, you like ales or just light lagers? Most of what tater advised for you specialize in ales and don't fawk around with light shizz.
Take a roadtrip to Asheville, NC. Per capita it is micro brew capital of US although my Portland friend is pizzed about it. Some really good stuff.
I'm drinking a Fat Head (Cleveland, OH) IPA right now and must say it's tasty.

I'm all over the place. I had a nice winter ale at Sutree's last month.
I would love to take 3-4 days and roll through the beer tours in Asheville. Maybe hit Biltmore for the wine tours as well, depending on the company. Drunk all weekend!
Bell's makes a good winter ale. We always have some of that in the fridge this time of year.
Asheville is an awesome city for a 2-3 day bender. I got married there and all of our guest were so hungover from the 2 days prior that our bar bill was a lot lower than expected. Highland Brewery gives an awesome tour and loads you up with samples.
