Thats not true. Athletically there IS a comparison between Berry and Morley. They are not even athletically. But close. The difference in their performace shows you how much difference the intangiables play in determining success.

And why Rivals and scout will always have busts in their ranking system

Yes, he's a regular captain, and the SEC only allows so many to come out for the flip. Least that's how it was described in my paper the day of the game...

I thought that too, but I noticed there were other games that Mayo was not out for the coin flip. No big deal, I thought it was cool when we brought out half the team on the field.

I say we fire Slade, hire Orgeron, and do some shifting of coaches and their responsibilities. Orgeron would do wonders with recruiting and he's great at getting his players fired up. He did a great job at USC and I think it would help us out in recruiting and coaching.

Let me see! Are you talking about the same Orgeron that was a complete disaster at Ole Miss?

Surely not! There must be a second Orgeron to qualify for your endorsement.:post-4-1090547912:

I agree, totally I'd like to add intensity to that. Berry hits like a truck and loves to lay the wood on running backs and wide receivers, Morely did not like to hit at all even running away from McFadden on one play in Fayetteville last year. They should have moved him to corner.

Coach O may not have been a great head coach but his resume as a coordinator and recruiter is impeccable.

Agreed. I wouldn't want him doing much else other than coaching the DL and running recruiting for Tennessee. But I'd love to see him doing that.

Morley would be a terrible CB.

Well, Karl Dorrel is out there too, good coach, maybe not a head coach, but good defense in a very offensive driven conference. Very polished guy, mom and dads would love him.

that would be enough imo to justify giving him the asst hc title and dropping some chedder on him. I think that, for Tennessee, that would be a very smart move.

I was most impressed with his defensive gameplan against Florida. I think he would be a serviceable DC. There is little doubt we could use his recruiting prowess to shore up our D line right now.
