i think I already know what the answer to this will be, but I want to make sure. It's Thanksgiving break and I am stuck on campus for football. I will have quite a bit of time between practices and homework, so which game should i buy and get started on over break?

ones a game that is good and you play it for 2 weeks. The other is a game you play for months and potentially masturbate to.

well the main reason i considered AC Revelations is because the semester isn't over yet. I feel like i will get Skyrim and get addicted as hell to it and then not focus on homework as much as i need to for the rest of the semester... however, with AC Revelations, i can probably finish it during Thanksgiving break.

that's my only dilemma

Buy Skyrim, rent Revelations, kill Saints Row the Third
(also if you are going to get Skyrim, grab it for PC, as the modding community typically add a ton of stuff as well as fix graphics/tweak things/etc.

Skyrim, and it's not close. Skyrim is one of the best rpg's ever made, possibly the best.

I've always really liked the premise for AC's story. Skyrim will be more immersive and last longer though.

I thought about just renting Revelations. i don't play games on the PC, and i doubt my laptop could handle it anyway.

Also, if you could wait until Friday you can get AC for $35.

Is it going to be on sale for Black Friday?

I don't doubt it. I played Oblivion for a long time and played Fallout 2 or 3 times through as well. They were both amazing. My main thing was i felt like if i got Skyrim now, it would affect my studies for the rest of the semester.... which it probably will lol

They've messed with my grades a bit. Almost making a B in Chemistry.
