If Cal had played Tenn. within 10 and USC within 10 then they would have a lot more respect. I think the loss of Lynch is a big plus for us.

We have a lot of talent at RB. The real concern is our lack of experience on the Dline. My bet is that you guys will try to run it a lot early.

I think we will run it more. Hopefully our Oline will block well.

SC 23 - Cal 9

Cal had the lead at the half and it was tied going into the 4th quarter. SC scored two late TDs to put it away. We play well at home though, so i'd expect the game to be closer this year.

I expect it to be the same. I think Cal is down a notch and USC is up a notch.

It's the premier first game of the season. I hear college game day is going to be there. Intersectional between two programs who hope to crack the top spot in their conference... SEC v PAC 10... SEC team on the road in hostile environment... Unlike most of the rest of the top teams in the SEC, we are about the only program with the nads to take it on the road... it's a totally intersting match-up.

You have more experience, not more talent.

Who do you have that's more talented? Forsett is good, although he wasn't impressive against the Vols last year. The rest I know of are just heralded recruits much like Montario Hardesty, Lamarcus Coker, and Lennon Creer.

Fair enough, our recruits are unproven. I can't disagree with that.

Righto. You've got some highly ranked guys on the roster, but Coker, Hardesty, and Creer were all top rated guys, as well. Foster wasn't a big prospect, but the coaches saw him play, and decided he was good enough for a scholarship.
