...And they definitely do, shouldn't our natural reaction be to hate them back? And take action that proves our hatred just as they do to us?

I'm thinking boycott, for starters. Make is so that the entire state of Tennessee is totally off the grid when it comes to ESPN viewership.

Once they realize what's happening, we hack into their servers and shut down their site, but preferably their live broadcast. We redirect their feed to a basement of UT fanboys holding Stuart Scott hostage.

The climax of the takeover will be changing the ESPN logo to orange instead of red, and making sure the world knows that this 5-7 football team and its fans are here to stay!

Outside of actually showing a sporting event I do boycott ESPN.

Their programming consists of the same 20-25 talking heads rehashing the 6 news stories of the day.

Most of the OP's points have to be jokes for all the negavols, but I really like the idea about changing the ESPN logo from red to Orange.

ESPN doesn't hate us - they just realize we have been a sub par program for almost 10 years

I dont believe ESPN hates but the reason some people do believe "ESPN hates us" didnt start because we have been sub par for the past 10 years. It started about 15 years ago...

After Charles Woodson won the 1997 Heisman Trophy over Peyton Manning, Tennessee fans blamed ESPN. In a response to the Tennessee fans Fowler made a statement that the outcome created a "trailer park frenzy" in Tennessee. ESPN's popular game day program was not permitted to visit Tennessee the next season for the Tennessee-Florida game.

Considering that espn makes the SEC the highest paid and most games televised of any conference...OP is silly.
1. Always take money from your enemy :)
2. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
