Since a&m is joining do you think they will steal Dalton Santos?

Dalton santos said the big reason he picked Tennessee ove A&M was because we were in the sec. Do you think he will back out and go to a&m?

No. SEC isn't the only reason he committed. He also said himself that Tennessee fans had nothing to worry.

Probably. I think this move is being made at this time because of Santos. He could mean that much for a team.

Not immediately, but I won't rest easy until he's enrolled (or the LOI is signed, whichever comes first).

look hes from texas and he wants his family to be close....now that there in the sec he might reconsider i dont want him to im just calling it in about 2 or 3 weeks hes going to switch

We've been led down that road before... (I even forgot his name b/c he pissed me off so much, but it was that LB that signed w/U $ C at the last minute).

This is true, but Dalton Santos doesn't strike me as the Lamar Dawson type. I've never met the kid either though, so who knows. He is solid to Dooley AND Sirmon, IMO.

If he's not 100% Vol then let him transfer. I only want people that want to be here. There are other LB's out there, but to answer your questions no, I don't think he will. He already said for us UT fans not to worry.

He did not want to bash the home state team when he committed to the vols. So, he had to bash the conference they was in as a reason to not go to tamu. I believe he was impressed with Tennesse, coaches, and facilitys. I think our coaches are good enough recruiters to keep him with us. Have faith Dooley's crew will get it done and he only takes commits that are solid.

He'd be a Sophmore or Junior at least before A&M ever played their first SEC game.
