I never thought that he would try.
Always believed he would do exactly what he said in your quote "we'll find the right person"
Not necessarily the right person for UT, but the right person for him.

Also said something today about fully supporting Dipietro and his decision to oust Bev.
Hang on and I'll try to put on my shocked face.

Keep talking, brother. I'm digging it. Plus I almost have your wallet. Need a few more seconds.

Finally, the joke's on you.
Had to get my wife a new car, the old wallet is in more need of help than our offensive line.

Oh dang, man, I'm sorry to hear that. Happy for your bride, though. :good!:

Here, you can have it back. It's empty, anyway. Just like you said.

I doubt VN is anywhere indicative of the general population, but with those %s Bill would be an idiot to come near UT in any position.

One thing about it, though, I doubt Bill Haslem would show up for his first faculty reception wearing black pants and a gold jacket. (Lamar Alexander did just that.)

Haslam knows he isn't wanted by the vast majority of Tennessee fans, he isn't going to be President. GBO!!!!

First, I was looking at a ranking of the SEC with regards to academic ranking thus the Auburn reference. I was absolutely shocked by the results of Alabama which baffle me as I took classes in Tuscaloosa and Knoxville in the 90's. Bama was a joke at the time and Cal II and Eng Lit were two very easy A's.

I was looking at the Haslam School of Business and it came in at #13 for public Poets and Quants, #40 bloomberg, #27 Us News. Look at Clinical Law at 12 and Tickle Engineering School (my college) at #8 in nuclear engineering. Looking through the data UT has a lot to offer in certain fields. Fine, look at the overall at 46 public and 103 for US News but their metrics are skewed as many readily point that out. Which show improvement over the last 7 years, albeit, not by much.

You can see improvement by simply walking on campus and looking at new facilities, quality of incoming students test scores, and students overall GPA's.

Continue and let the hate skew your position but I solidly disagree, remove the emotion.

Yeah, I'll continue to look at the overall ranking. Using data is not emotion.

Lamar never has seemed the type to be photographed for the pages of GQ. Yeah, I can buy him making that goof up.
