So, just heard on the radio that Josh Richardson tweeted that he just went through the toughest leg work out he'd ever experienced. I got blasted last year for not liking the S&C coach. Just hyperbole, or is Josh revealing what many of us suspected??

It's been discussed, but Nicodemus Christopher seemed to focus on conditioning moreso than strength training, so this is likely new forcthe returning players.

To his credit, Nic did have last year's team in fantastic shape from a cardio and conditioning standpoint.

Just like in life everyone does everything different. Different exercises bring the same results. Or the same exercises bring different results. Depends on the pace or the weight. But either way. I'm guessing these guys would never say a routine was easy. Would you?

This. The new S&C guy is always a superstar and the last one was always garbage.

You forgot the first step where everyone freaks out bc we are losing the S&C....then he becomes garbage and we love the new guy.

It could be difference in workout. There isn't just one way to train athletes. Rich prob got used to the other ones and this was a shock to the body. It's why you typically need to change your workouts up because your body gets used to doing the same thing for a while which loses effectiveness.

I didn't like alot about previous staff but I had no issue with our strength or conditioning come game time.
