the only way it would matter is if we stayed where we are (we won't) and they all moved up a complete tier ahead of us ( like move from top 25 to top 10).
if we're all w/int 3-5 spots of one another, i don't think you can really get much out of that....
lss, they aren't going to pass us, and even if they do, it won't be by such a marging that it'll matter.
“Here’s 5* OT Randy Smashmouth selecting either UGA, Alabama, or Florida.
In a few minutes we’ll see 5* RB Quintavious Flash choose between UGA, Alabama, and Clemson.
Meanwhile, unrated safety Otho Blubber commited to the Vols. He should be a great contributor once he recovers from his 3rd knee surgery. Congrats Rocky Top.”
Don't saddle the little people with Nicky. They have a hard enough time as it is.
Saban is obviously a Goblin.
I’ll be on a tractor moving hay for cows but anyone know if there is a local Knoxville radio show that I could get streaming audio on my phone? My neighbor has a really nice cab tractor for me to use helping him but no sat. dish yet... tia.
Basilio is on 11-4... you'll get a lot more entertainment and insight... I'd mute the SEC channel and listen until CJP gets on for his 45 second spot...
I think with ESD and social media being all over some kid wearing another school's t-shirt for a day, there's really alot less surprises than there used to be. It doesn't seem Pruitt has had any defections, and seems to be solidly moving towards a good cluster of top level talent where we're in the game...so, logic would say we'll pull a few more good ones in.If they don't lose anyone, OL will be improved. It would be nice to get Gray. I don't see any other elite skill players coming our way. So many people post about how well this staff recruits that I'm prepared to be surprised.
Not ugly enough. Goblins are both small and ugly, hence picking them over hobbits or orcs. That's a D&D thing though, Tolkien considered goblins and orcs to be the same species. Though the LOTR movies depict them as distinct from one another. I guess he could be a hobbit twisted by the evil of the one ring like Gollum. If you see him in person, the fictional race "Hobbit" will come to mind (sadly not really joking here) a.k.a. Halfling. According to Tolkien, they consider themselves a different people although they are branch/variety from the Human race.
I'm usually not too negative but y'all are not wrong. It's gonna be about Bama and Georgia mostly but I'm curious to see who we do get.
Don't worry, there will be people defending the class tomorrow (if it is not as good as expected) by saying it was due to not having an OC in place.....
We've been having people phoo phoo the dismal in-state results by saying wait until 2020. Last year they said wait until 2019. I don't so much care where they get players from as long as they are getting the best but if you're the least bit honest you have to admit that there are posters in the rf who will absolutely insist that somehow we have some kind of world beater class coming in even if it's apparent that we had a let down.Wow. Pathetic.

It goes beyond that. There are analysts who indicate that out of all out current DL and LB commits, Williams may be the only contributor. I could see the staff having deeper insight than the services on 1-2 of those guys, but not 6. Maybe some of those guys get recruited over today. We have a lot of recruiting tailwinds but we both know there will be people on here bringing up the potential headwind (lack of OC hire) as an excuse if we miss out on a few....

I also get pumped when we sign a ton of quality lineman. Skill players are fun to watch but games are won in the trenches
